Many breeders also get involved in selling products made from the fleece and fiber from their own alpacas to all types of products, scarfs, hats, gloves, socks, plush animal toys and sweaters. Wheather a hobby or an additional home based business venture.

Many that like spinning and weaving an art from in itself also own one or two alpacas just to have fiber for themselves.

Alpacas have bought many families an impressive finanicial return all across the parts of the country. The nature of raising alpacas is a hands  on and rewarding experience and lifestyle and has capitivated many searching for a simplier lifestyle and a way back to our country roots and land.
